Chrome OS Brand Manager

• As a Chrome OS brand manager you are working with Chrome OSs retail and content partners to guide their marketing communications and ensure that they adhere to Company/Chromes brand guidelines.
• You are also responsible for creating brand communications (e.g., training materials). You will be the brand and product expert and Chrome OS. 
• You will need to understand products and positioning, and effectively convey them to retail and OEM partners.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Review partner marketing assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines
• Interface directly with partners via email and over the phone to educate on brand guidelines, give suggestions for asset changes, and deliver constructive feedback on marketing assets
• Organize marketing assets for easy access to internal teams

Overall Responsibilities:

• Work with the wider Marketing team and partner with Product, PR, Legal teams to manage cross-functional projects Document and share best practices across marketing organization
• Champion the role of the user in our partners marketing executions
• Develop training materials (in standard Google tools, i.e. Docs, Slides), though training materials (won't be a significant part of the requirement)
• Ensure all marketing materials across channels & markets are consistent

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
• 3 years of product positioning and marketing
• Strong program management and organizational skills
• 3 years of experience in customer facing or partnership role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills
• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment

Nice to Have:

• Photoshop/ in-Design experience
• Previous experience or demonstrated passion for technology
