Use Modeling Techniques for Requirements

At least 5-8 years experience, specifically working as a Business Analyst, preferably in Retail domain ( order capture, order management )

Must have excellent grasp of Agile processes and tools

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams, business units, etc and drive consensus

Experience in creating user stories from overall scope definitions provided by business

Ability to handle difficult situations and be assertive as required
