Detailed Job Description and responsibilities : Very important to have top notch communications and ability to interact face to face. High energy, positive personality, outgoing.

Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS and Office product problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs and HVDs. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Should have experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment and a ticketing system.
Extensive 7 year background check and drug test is required.
