Must be willing to relocate on own to Baton Rouge          6 months contract to hire     Need is ASAP                                             SAP Business Intelligence Analyst

A highly recognizable global Pharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join its team. As the BI Analyst you will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of BI applications. As such a selected candidate will be highly engaging and collaborative with the ability to liaise with a wide range of business stakeholders to forward the BI agenda.

Responsibilities:
•      Design and development of reliable, flexible, scalable and responsive BI solutions which are aligned with the global delivery strategy
•      Close working with various levels of management, BI stakeholders, Business Relationship managers, Business Analysts and Key users to identify and document reporting requirements
•      Creation of Functional analysis and functional specifications
•      Define and own BI regular and ad-hoc BI reporting
•      Develop of new reporting scenarios (data loads and queries)
•      Develop custom dashboards and reports for nominated business owners
•      Work with SAP Technical Architect, BI team and other functional teams on solution designs, business warehouse strategy and end-to-end testing
•      Provide user training and documentation
•      Assist with complex production issues
•      Assist the BI Delivery Lead in the development of the report design and development procedures
•      Develop expertise required to deliver exception BI for the specialist functional area, (e.g SAP business warehouse, SAP strategic enterprise management, SAP NetWeaver BI solution)
•      Business Objects & other reporting tools appropriate for the applications & BI requirement

•      High quality analytical skills
•      Strong communicator (verbal and written); ability to talk to different disciplines of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•      Highly adaptable, strong prioritization and ability to work well under pressure meet deadlines
•      Experience in delivering business intelligence solutions through BI toolsets
•      Extensive experience of data warehouse, BI reporting, analytics and dashboards
•      Proven track record in delivering BI projects through all phases (requirements gathering, data/process modeling, design through testing, training, deployment and support)
•      Understanding of business process development methodologies
•      Extensive experience of SAP BI/BW (BO is desirable)
•      Understanding of the key data and BI architectures
•      Experience in SAP development full lifecycle projects
•      Appreciation of the role of BI in supporting business objectives
•      Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing SAP BI solutions and ideally BO
•      Excellent data modeling and reporting skills
•      Influencing and negotiation skills and ability to work with wide range of stakeholders
•      Leadership of projects and team management
•      Strong understanding of principles of data modeling and solutions architecture
