Experienced Site Services Account Manager needed to join our Baton Rouge Engineering Center. Baton Rouge, LA. Excellent opportunity for a people person who enjoys interacting with both clients, customers and employees.

• Responsibilities will include account management, growing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Responsible for supporting CDI Employees at client sites.
• Overall management, development and service delivery for clients and prospective clients.
• Regular visits to client sites meeting with employees, conducting lunch and learns, attending safety meetings, etc.
• First tier HR responsibilities include employee relations- onboarding, performance reviews, coaching and counseling, etc.
• Partner with business development to identify candidates for RFPs and RFQs.
• Works directly with recruiting manager for new client opportunities, helps to facilitate resume submittals, coordinate interviews with client sites, etc.
• Work with internal and external hiring managers, procurement, HR to facilitate necessary components for new positions, etc.
• Maintains and increases sales by cultivating client relationships and meeting their operational needs.
• Support and promote HSE programs.
• Resolves client issues, employee issues, etc.
• Explores various marketing channels to improve sales performance.
• May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations
• Work with new and established clients to maintain and grow business.
• Experience with writing proposals, negotiation and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
