Test Specialist (Automation)

Location - Positions are available in multiple locations across USA

Job Description:

• Test Automation Specialist will develop and implement the strategy via developing, coding and executing test case and test script frameworks using automated tools such Quick Test Pro (QTP)/ Unified Functional Tester (UFT) or Open source test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Automation Test Specialist will do the automation tools evaluation and create the automation design document, test data generation and test execution reporting. Automation Test Specialist will assist to troubleshoot application functional and non-functional defects.
• Test Specialist will work with whole agile team to prepare Test Plans
• Perform Defect Management
• Manage Traceability Matrix
• Identifies, documents, and ensures resolution of testing issues.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions to meet quality standards.
• Design and Execute test cases as per the Test Plan laid out in the Strategy

Requirement:

• About 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years of experience in automation testing
• Coding and executing test case and test script frameworks using automated tools such as  Quick Test Pro (QTP)/ Unified Functional Tester (UFT) or Open source test automation tools such as Selenium
• At least 3+ years in web service testing.
• Good experience in SOAP UI/Ready API or other API testing tools
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience in Test Data management and Test Planning.
• Good experience working in Agile delivery teams
