Instructional System Designer

1-2 years on-the-job experience
This position requires the candidate to have experience in designing and developing courseware to train individuals at all levels of personnel.
The individual must be capable of designing training material for WBT, ILT, as well as, other modalities.
The candidate should have experience using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and others.
Well versed in current industry training standards and practices, research and learning theory.
This position requires the candidate to interface daily with Project Manager, Project Lead, Subject Matter Expert(s) , as well as, members of functional teams such as Graphic Artists and test lab personnel.
