Responsabilités spécifiques du poste : Élabore les plans financiers de production et d’après-vente  pour des projets stratégiques de pièces de moteurs d'avion.  Participe à l’élaboration du plan stratégique à long terme.  Prépare des tableaux de bord financiers et supporte l’atteinte des objectifs financiers.  Fait des présentation à la direction sur des plans d’affaires pour diverses initiatives.  Maintien et renforce un environnent de contrôle interne équivalent aux meilleurs de l’industrie.  
Autres exigences : Excellentes capacités d'analyse, expérience en planification financière, autonomie, leadership, joueur d'équipe, curiosité intellectuelle, excellentes habiletés de communication.
Intérêt de comprendre les enjeux de l'industrie de l'aerospatial et de contribue aux stratégies de vente et d'achats.
Capacité de travailler sous pression et dans plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
Expertise en Excel. Confortable avec les applications PC de base tels Microsoft Power Point et Word.
Bilinguisme tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
Titre comptable ( ie. CPA, CMA, CPA, CA, CPA, CGA) serait un atout.

Description:  Area of Expertise:
Planning, forecasting and comparison of financial activity.  Preparation, consolidation, analysis and documentation of financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluation of aftermarket and production business plans, identification of variances and predict results.

Level of Responsibility:
· Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity
· Contributes to the department or business unit by applying their advanced knowledge of one or more functional areas
· May develop and coach others
· Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines
Requirements: · Bachelor degree with 2 to 5 years experience
· Master degree with 1 to 3 years experience
Specific responsibilities of position: Prepare financial plans for a group of aftermarket and production engine components.  Participate in establishing and meeting long term strategic plan.  Prepare financial dashboards and support achievement of financial objectives.  Make investment recommendation to management team based on various business cases.  Maintain and improve a best in class internal control environment.
Other requirements: Good analytical skills, experience in financial planning,  autonomous, leadership, team player and good communication skills.
Interest to understand the aerospace business and contribute in elaborating the sales and purchasing strategies.
Capacity to work under pressure and in many different files at the same time.
Excel expertise. Very much at ease with PC applications such as Microsoft Power Point and Word.
Bilingual, both oral and written
Financial or Accounting Designation ( ie. CPA, CMA, CPA, CA, CPA, CGA) an asset.
