Comments to Buyer/Supplier : Skills Overview (list or overview) The XM position provides overall leadership and direction to the Transformation team for large and complex projects in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing phases. The XM has oversight responsibility for other PMs working under them to meet contract scope, deliverables, time frames, and budgets. This person will work with the TTIM, reporting program status to the TTIM for inclusion in customer status presentations and organizationalstatus reporting. The XM ensures process execution and compliance to the documented TTPM Transformation process as related to the Repeatable Model. The XM manages and monitors risk, changes, and issues and works to escalate issues to resolution as needed. The XM initiates PCRs as needed and manages requests into RFS as appropriate. The XM keeps projects audit ready by maintaining security checklists and compliance as appropriate. PMI certification is preferred as well as prior experience . Position’s main office can be a home office, however a minimum of 50% travel to the customer or other site should be expected. May include some weekend and/or off shift hours work to meet deliverables Candidates must possess the following minimum skills: 1. PM Methodology and Processes - (Overall understanding of project management methods and processes. 2. PM Tools experience (Candidate demonstrates understanding and effective application of PCB, MS Office Suite & MS Project, as well as other tools/forms/methods) 3. Contractual Agreements (experience writing, contributing to, or otherwise working with DOUs, SOWs, procurement, contracts, etc.) 4. Understanding of project integration and scope management, project plan development, agreement & execution (initiation and planning, charter, WBS, PDR, change mgt, PCRs.) 5. Project Cost Management (How did the candidate track/control project human resources and other costs, track/control earned value?) 6. Communications/Leadership and project communications. management, including performance reporting and lessons learned at start and closeout 7. Project Quality Management (QA reviews before, during, after project life cycle) 8. Risk management, (risk planning, analysis, monitoring and control, including escalations) 9.
