The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and implementing integrated communication strategies to promote knowledge and understanding of Client Supplier Excellence Program. The candidate will develop communication plans which ensure understanding and buy-in to effectively enable the change in how Client does business moving forward with our suppliers. The candidate will ensure alignment and timing of messages with executive communications and within supply chain related to conferences or other customer led events. The candidate will also align with feedback received from suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of communications.

Tasks

Ensuring tone, timing and messaging of communications, particularly of external communications, are aligned to overall program and Raytheon wide objectives

Publish quarterly internal newsletter

Maintain internal website and external supplier portal communications

Manage supplier scorecards as a communication tool of supplier performance

Provide internal messaging that supports change management / selling the approach to win support and participation

Draft / issue specific communications re: launch internal website articles, supplier communications, scorecards, develop/participate in training

Overall Coordination of External Supplier Communications

Work collaboratively with supply chain and business leads on an aligned communications protocol of major external communications

Pre-event/Post –event Workshop / Conference communication

 Supplier Advisory Council pre and post meeting communication
