Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management activities including scheduling and defining risk, change, opportunity, and resource management activities for Field Corrective Action Portal (FCA Portal) program.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team, including marketing, QT, and IT to monitor and manage enhancement requests.
• Track timeline required to meet launch requirements, identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path and risks
• Prepare project summaries and present them on a monthly basis.
• Manage testing of enhancements and approvals.
• Launch products into the marketplace.
• Demonstrate technical as well as business understanding in software architecture of Document Library.
• Possess outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members locally and globally.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team.
• Conduct trainings to enable colleagues and employees to use the FCA Portal.
• Work together with Marketing and Sales to convince customers about the advantages of a digital process and tool and ensure a broaden usage of this platform.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS required, experience is preferred over any degree specialty
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of problem solving skills, articulate & able to translate complex topics into simple terms
• Superb leadership and communications working within and across organizations, including good stakeholder management, marketing, sales and Technical Application Organization
• Ability to gain respect and cooperation of highly educated subject matter experts
• Demonstrated exceptional program management skills with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve timely results
• Detail-oriented to ensure that every aspect of the project is performed flawlessly
• Can-do attitude, persistent, and ability to handle ambiguous situations
• Fluency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel 10% - 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
• 3 years in healthcare industry, PMP preferred
• Experience launching a healthcare software application preferred
