ServiceNow Architecture, Design and Development. Ability to solicit, organize and document ServiceNow business and technical requirements based on familiarity with SN modules that include Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Project Portfolio, etc. Ability to create technical design documents that clearly describe specific design decisions, which can be utilized by SN developer/admin to configure SN modules and their associated integration.
