GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• CDI is seeking a Senior Engineer/Systems Analyst: Integrated Project Team (IPTD) Lead Facilitator.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Facilitate forums for teams to identify risks within the assigned ship’s availability,
• Promote relationships needed to ensure success, and
• Develop project plans that drive a high probability of success.

MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization
• Minimum 15 years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience instructing or facilitating.
• Minimum 15 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interaction skills with employees from all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Power Point

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must have a current Secret clearance, will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• CARRYING and LIFTING. Ability to transport and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Employee is required to access remote areas of multi-level vessels
• Must comply with Company’s Driver Safety Policy if assigned to operate company and/or rental vehicles
