Required Skills:
Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications. Should have significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office, Outlook, and working with ticketing systems. Need experience with iOS, Android, iPad, Tablet, including Mobile Iron, SCCM, HVDs and Apple Mac systems. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent soft skills are a must. Previous retail experience (i.e., Apple Store, Geek Squad) is a plus. Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work is done at customer location. Extensive 7 year background check and drug test is required.
