Required Skills:

Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites. Work is done at customer locations.
