GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

• Work a variety of integrated logistic support functions, including but not limited to the development of Bill Of Material (BOM), CK processing, Contingency Overhaul Planning (COP), validation support and general support functions.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Develop BOM, CK processing, COP, and validation products in support of CVN and L-Class ships. Work with customer on a daily basis to ensure all expectations are being met.

MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with CDMD-OA or experience with US Navy supply chain

• Familiarity with CVN and L-Boat configuration.

• Experience with OMMS-NG, APL and/or NSNs

• Must hold an active DoD Security Clearance

• An independent worker as well as a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified CDMD-OA Logistician with certificate

• Experience with COP, BOM, CK processing and validation work.

• Previous NMCI account, and familiarity with EMALL, NSDER, WebFlis and HayStack.

• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.

• Organized and able to work independently and with others.

• Ability to read and interpret Ships Installation Drawings (SIDS).

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• CARRYING and LIFTING. Ability to transport and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must comply with Company’s Driver Safety Policy if assigned to operate company and/or rental vehicles
