Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
• Fluent written and verbal English skills
• Knowledge of XML and JSON
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net or some similar language
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) programming and administration
• Level of experience junior to intermediate.
• Client facing experience.

Asset Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Programming experience on an application framework
• Test driven development experience
• Knowledge of TMForum standards (SID, eTOM, Framworx, etc.)
• Telco experience
