Seeking UX Designer  for a Reputable organization

Description:

• The UX Designer creates Internet based marketing executions based on approved creative concepts, and instructs and assists the Creative Content team in best practice methods of UX design formatting for digital marketing channels. 
• Deliverables can include targeted emails, microsites, campaign specific landing pages, regular and rich media banner placements, video interstitial, and special projects (web-based apps, console and mobile ads, games, downloadable incentive gifts, etc.). 
• Development includes mobile and desktop versioning, language versioning, back end database encoding, vector animation, and formatting across multiple platforms, devices and browsers with a focus on cohesive playback and display

Technical Skills 

• Proficiency in UX design methods 
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Interactive and imaging tools 
• HTML4 and 5 with specific focus toward inline styles for email and CSS3 
• Complete process knowledge of email deployment 
• Complete knowledge of banner media publication and display 
• Complete knowledge of project specifications (file weight, cache, loop times etc.) 
• Knowledge of Adobe Flash and Actionscript 
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar digital CMS solutions 

Interpersonal Skills 

• Ability to explain technical aspects of projects to non technical staff 
• Ability to collaborate with creative team in solutions-based discussion 

Leadership 

• Ability to maintain his/her daily workload 
• Desire to problem solve and bring new knowledge to the Studio team 

Required Qualifications 

• 5-7 years interactive marketing design and development experience, with a primary focus on email and banner development 
• Expert level experience in Adobe image and interactive development tools 
• Experience with routing and revision approval environments 
• Experience with QA testing environments 
• High-level JavaScript experience 
• Mid-level PHP experience 
• Mid-level AJAX
• Mid-level MY SQL experience 
• Mid-level JQuery experience
