Required Skills: MidRange Infrastructure Architect - The Integration Architect role: Is the single technical interface focused on the integration of services and solutions on an account. Owns the relationship between the Account Team (DPE, Chief Engineer) and technical competency teams. Provides the technology point of delivery reference for all the competency’s activities, across all service lines Is Account focused – aligns with multiple services across a competency Understands the customer’s infrastructure and how it supports their business. Understands the competency’s capabilities and services, including the standard solutions and customization capabilities. Reconciles the differences between the customer’s directions and the competency’s capability in order to highlight the gaps and define a proposal to support the account. Strong skills with the following server operating systems a must: Windows, Unix/Lunix, ESX/VmWare. Working knowledge of enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), Backup, Network, Security, Agile, Cloud (Softlayer a plus). Strong communication skills as the role is customer facing. 10 .
