Position - Test Data Managment - SME

Location - Cary, NC

Duration - 1 year contract + extensions possible

Job description :

We are currently looking to fill tow Test Data management roles - Data Steward and TDM Process & Tools SME

Role Responsibilities

Data Steward Design, prepare, and lead implementation of Test Data strategy

•  Plan and monitor TDM processes
•  Guide TDM team
•  Discover source data relationships and data models
•  Participate in Solution Design and serve as Data SME for TDM Team
•  Define test data requirements
•  Sign-off on creation and population of test data
•  Work with Defect manager to resolve test data defects
•  Work with TDM Team to identify TDM Automation opportunities
•  Ensure TDM processes and procedures are being followed

TDM Process & Tools SME   Prepare TDM strategy, plans, and procedures

•  Identify TDM Automation opportunities
•  Consolidate data requirements within each QA team
•  Work with the team to identify system dependencies and sources, as required
•  Verify test data provided meets testing needs
•  Work with QA team to identify reuse of test data created as part of test execution
•  Work with the Defect Manager to resolve data defects
•  Review test data requirements and seek clarification as required
•  Advise environment teams to take backups prior to the start of test execution
•  Enhance test data requirements
