Overview:

• At least 5 year experience: Overall Test Process Consulting

• At least 5 year experience: Solution Business Development and RFP Proposal Support

• At least 5 year experience: Executive Level Communication skills (Verbal and Written)

• At least 3 year experience: Negotiation Skills

• At least 4 year experience: Test Management, Leadership and Organization Models (including offshore teams)

• At least 4 year experience: Mobile Testing Best Practices (Resources estimation, test process model, test methods, processes, procedures, metrics, tools, and automation)

• At least 4 year experience: Mobile Test Process Consulting for Agile and/or Continuous Integration/Development methodologies

• At least 4 year experience: Hands on Mobile Testing experience

• At least 4 year experience: Experience with Mobile Test Tools (e.g. Perfecto Mobile, Device Anywhere, SeeTest, EggPlant, Appium/Selenium)

• At least 4 year experience: Creation of Mobile Testing Strategy and Mobile Test Plans.
