You will provide strategic, analytical, and tool support for the Business Intelligence activities for your team. You will use your business acumen and technical knowledge to develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions for your internal customers. You will work with the business in understanding their evolving requirements.

The Analyst projects will drive increased revenue including:

• Performance Partner Dashboard by retail package line: Insights to influence investment in the right products, and recommend exiting lower performing products
• Market sizing analysis for new verticals
• Collect and gather data through the Clients internal database/platforms
• Ad-hoc reporting and insights request

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

• Data mining and analyzing of trends.
• Collaborate with manager and with teams across the business unit
• Collecting customer feedback
• Ideal candidate is a seasoned Business Analyst with a true business acumen. Previous business or financial modeling background is required. Strong SQL skills

Required

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math or other technical fields
• 4 years of work experience in a role that leveraged data analytics (strategic planning, management consulting or analysis).
• Experience with data modeling.
• AdWord Knowledge

Must be proficient in SQL (must be able to write scripts) and similar querying language (R or Python -Manager prefers R)

• Experience working with datasets and in using business intelligence or visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Genuine excitement and passion for developing and analyzing large, complex data sets and converting them into the information/insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization
• Ability to project manage by identifying key deliverables and milestones, and work with business stakeholders independently
• Demonstrable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills to go along with superior written and verbal communication skills.
