- Bachelor degree

- 5 to 8 years of solid HR experience (no assistance role or many years of experience combine with other activities)

- 1 year out of the total years of experience supporting Benefits. Good understanding, working and/or serving as liaison with Benefits department/responsible to process and track claims.

- Manufacturing experience is required, customer service mindset. Automotive industry experience is desirable.

- We're looking an enthusiastic and energetic candidate, eager to learn and grow.

- Above average computer skills, HRIS, Windows (Power Point presentations and Excel are required)
