CDI is currently seeking Business Analysts in the Atlanta Market

This position will assist in Consumption Management (building of IT Budgets) and Demand Management (usage and forecast of IT services compared to established IT Budget) process improvements and data clean-up efforts.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Interfacing with global teams to understand needs

- Documenting ideas and potential solutions

- Investigating data integrity issues and developing corrective action plans

- Assisting with organization and facilitation of standing meetings

- Develop repeatable and sustainable processes that improve daily operations and data quality

Education Required:

B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field

Experience Required:

- Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams

- Customer focused with strong collaboration skills

- Experience defining and implementing process improvement

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills written and verbal, with individuals and teams located in multiple geographic locations (North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, South America)

-Proficiency in MS Office Tools
