Senior Business Analyst

• This is a business analyst for various projects of all sizes within the GTS portfolio, supporting numerous APA and GTS-specific as well as global initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of the application portfolio components and business processes
• Work with extended business/IT Team to develop business requirements, business cases, and project parameters for enhancements and new development projects
• Integrate requirements across the portfolio and projects
• Gather and document business requirements with business partners
• Complete all relevant SDM documents
• Create current and future state process models
• Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of business partner solution testing and acceptance, functional, regression and integration testing
• Work with technical team, quality control team, documentation/implementation team to see project through to completion
• Be prepared to act in Lead BA or Team Lead role for some projects or initiatives

Education Required:

• System Information Technology Degree preferred

Experience Required:

• 7+ years BA experience
• Strong analytic skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and process adherence skills
• Experience with SDM
• Experience translating business needs into systems requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Team player
• Passion for understanding business requirements
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment
• Experience with IT delivery process

Experience Preferred:

• Experience working with offshore teams a plus
• Experience with agile a plus
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
