We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI Corp. is currently recruiting candidates for an exciting opportunity located in Philadelphia, PA.

Construction Manager with 10 years’ experience who has the following software, MS Office Suite including MS Project. Ability to accurately forecast project needs and effectively implement onsite changes when necessary. Thorough understanding of project control systems. Develop conceptual and detailed project cost estimates for both new and changed work conditions. Prepare SOW’s and bid packages for subcontractor/vendor pricing. Manage project budgets and maintain project costs including updates and forecasts. Accurately develop and maintain project schedules. Review and help evaluate appropriate construction strategies with design team. Collaborate with architects, engineers, inspectors, contractors and vendors. Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite when needed. Select, hire, and coordinate subcontractor activities
