Electro-mechanical Technician

On behalf of our client in the engineering sector CDI Professional Services is seeking an Electro-mechanical Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of field engineering assignments such as installation, test, operation and maintenance of equipment.
Investigates the causes of electromechanical equipment/subsystem failures and develops alternate solutions.
Devises test procedures to evaluate system performance and performs failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair.
Designs special tools required for field maintenance or modifications.
Support central control operation and recovery.
Ensure and respect HSE rules. Report immediately any deviation.

Mandatory Skills:

Hands on electrical – mechanical experience
Troubleshooting
Assembly
Must be willing to work a rotating shift – (Days, night, afternoons) and weekends
