A minimum of 5 - 10 years of client interaction with design and construction administration experience, with Commercial, K-12 and Higher Educational, and Institutional projects.

Advanced Knowledge of Sustainable Design with a focused history of this as a primary role/responsibility. LEED AP BD+C and IDC professional credentials required.

PA and NJ Architectural Registration required.

Project expereince with PA PlanCon and Design/Build project delivery a plus.

Working knowledge and proficiency with Revit, required.
