GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical evaluation and program management support for the acquisition and support of weapon systems using Test Program Sets (TPS) on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for the EA-18G.

 

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Provide technical evaluation and identification of weapon systems logistics support requirements
  • Develop logistics support and maintainability programs or plans;
  • Identify systems acquisition requirements via analysis;
  • Provide budgetary or financial analysis;
  • Perform system life cycle cost analysis;
  • Provide inputs to weapon systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility;
  • Review ECPs

MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A U.S. citizen with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics or Computer from an accredited college or university. 
  • Should have at least 2 years’ experience with MS Project.
  • At least ten (10) years of professional experience relating to approving / disapproving technical data for support equipment, and / or designing  / developing Test Program Sets on ATE
  • Experience managing different phases of weapon system acquisition, including Concept Development, System Design &Development.
  • Experience with DOD 5000 series.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self motivated to work autonomously
