Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Quality Engineering position is responsible for analyzing engineering specifications and monitoring operational processes to
develop and install quality control methods, practices and procedures. This position will be a critical liaison to multiple original equipment customers to recommend dimensions and characteristics to be inspected and techniques to be followed, provide feedback and ensure customer expectations are met from product development through delivery. The qualified candidate will participate in solving complex quality problems and use the following tools: 7 step corrective action procedures, APQP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and SPC.

REQUIREMENTS:

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field or an associate’s degree (technical/engineering field) with a minimum of four years experience in a manufacturing environment in a related field. Certified Quality Engineer is desired. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated computer skills is required.
