Job Summary:

Looking for proficient and customer-focused professionals in the area of general administration. The desired candidate will possess a commitment to service, rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Specifically, this position is responsible for interacting with Customers and their representatives to provide coordination of and provide information to inquiries regarding products and services.

Job Responsibility & Accountabilities:

  • Team Member must be able to operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance
  • Must consistently demonstrate performance toward operational excellence;
  • Coordinate product delivery with outside carriers
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Coordinate incoming orders with team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Thoroughly and accurately prepare all applicable documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements; and other duties as assigned.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Order fuel and document usage of fuel for daily operation

Job Qualifications:

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; concisely provide information, explanations, and instructions; and elicit information from others with varying levels of ability to understand; Obtain and provide information in a clear and courteous manner
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize job tasks and multi task
  • Complete pre and post material movement documentation in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate compassion, respect, courtesy, and tact when interacting with others
  • Maintain composure, efficiency, and a positive customer-service oriented manner during periods of peak workload, with frequent interruptions
  • Organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow-up with minimal direction
  • Enter and retrieve data from computer system
  • Independently recognize and define a problem, identify the resources available to help solve the problem, create and implement viable solutions, and follow through to ensure the problem is resolved to the satisfaction of all parties
  • Exercise delegated authority to take action and to recognize when it is appropriate to seek assistance from others when limits of delegated authority have been reached.
  • Familiar with Crude, bulk liquid and railcar loading calculations and BOL’s
  • The ability to control storage inventory of liquid product

The ability to record and confirm material movements via pipeline, railcar;

  • Must have the ability to adapt and change as needed per customer request
  • Must be able to complete work in short deadlines efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven experience of at least one (1) year in an office setting
