Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Identify key influencers in several industries that relate to our product and encourage word-of-mouth recommendations within their social network
  • Generate leads by mainly warm leads via email and phone
  • Manage actual shipment / logistics of thousands of orders of product and promotional gifts

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate warm leads via email and phone
  • Document, track and monitor all leads and interactions with key industry influencers
  • May need to cold call to collecting addresses, contacts of prospects via phone, email, or other communication tools
  • Develop knowledge of our products and be able to offer assistance on our products to key influencers

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA Degree (Manager is open to degree of study)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with lead generation
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Must know V lookups and how create pivot tables in Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, high level of accuracy
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical
  • Able to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels
