A minimum of 5 - 10 years of managing projects and client interaction with design and construction administration experience of educational, commercial, higher ed, institutional, industrial, and Federal Agency projects.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineering project experience preferred.

PA and DE, NJ Architectural Registration required.

Project experience with PA PlanCon and Design/Build project delivery a plus.

Working knowledge and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, preferred.

Working Knowledge of Specification development and LEED certification highly recommended.

PMI Project Manager Professional (PMP) preferred.
