Seeking experienced Process Leader responsible for the Front-End Engineering and Design team.

B.S. in Chemical Engineering

P.E. in the state of Louisiana a must
Experience in consulting engineering firm that services the oil, gas or chemicals business.
8+ years managing/leading/mentoring others.
Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 15 years’ experience

Solid track record in process design, debottlenecking and troubleshooting of refining and petrochemical processes.

Responsible for the development and management of a team of engineers and designers in the process dept. Overseeing day to day functions of team and keeping management posted accordingly. Position will require man hour forecast, hiring, coaching with occasional client site visits. Must be problem solving minded with the proven ability to multi task. Experience troubleshooting unit problems, maintaining operating procedures, optimizing efficiency.
