Our clients high touch customer support team is seeking a Web Application Developer to design, implement, and maintain web-based applications for internal customer support use. The web application is used by our support agents in call centers to provide effective and efficient solutions to our customer's problems.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing features to help our support agents
Adding automated tests to improve overall quality of the system
Improving overall performance of the site
Internationalizing our app to support international users
Regular communication and engagement with engineering team

Minimum requirements:

BS degree in computer science
3+ years of web development experience (CSS/HTML/Javascript)
3-5 year of general programming experience (Java or other object oriented language)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Angular.JS, Dart
