Project Research Analsyt

In your day to day work, you will be have the opportunity to work on various projects with different members of the Customer Research and Insights team. Responsibilities may include finalizing survey design, survey coding, data analysis to understand customer satisfaction and drivers, managing customer focus groups or customer interviews process.

As a project analyst you will be responsible for coordinating and executing research related tasks to help understand Google's small and medium business customer base better. This includes building surveys on our existing survey platform coordinating / executing the deployment of these surveys to our customers globally. You will also be responsible for monitoring data collection and data processing related to each project. You will be producing high-quality, insightful analysis based on the data.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

• Survey programming
• General Stakeholder management - Coordinate with global teams to make sure survey material is good.
• Data Analysis on survey results.

Required Skills

• Bachelor degree (Manager is open to area of study. Is more interested in candidate experience)
• 1 -2 years experience in quantitative analyst or research field. (Manager will look at previous internship experience)
• Familiarity with SQL or demonstrated ability to quickly learn
• Understand functions and applications of survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Must be able to createdPivot tables perform v look ups)
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)
• Passionate about great customer experience
• Demonstrated leadership via extra-curricular activities and achievements
• Thrive in a team environment
• Keen eye for details

Nice to have

• BS Degree emphasizing quantitative analysis
• 1-2 years of customer-focused research experience
• Experience with R or SAS
