IT Deskside Support

Responsibilities:

Provide IT engineering support, such as product installation, configuration, applying patches and updates, monitoring and maintenance, for Software Development, Quality Assurance, and general business operations.
Provide complex technical support for personal computers, hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity to networks.
Conduct evaluations and tests of new software/hardware, and software releases for potential use to meet automation needs.
Performs evaluations of user requests and recommends standard hardware and software solution.
Work will be divided between providing IT support for staff and maintaining a software development test lab.
