We have an immediate need for an Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI Corp. is currently recruiting candidates for an exciting opportunity located in Philadelphia, PA. 

Seeking an Architect with a Bachelors in Architecture, RA would be a bonus. Candidates should have 10+ years relevant experience and experience with the following Software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp 

• Strong attention to detail

• Open minded to collaborative approach to design and construction

• Design, communication, teamwork and organizational skills

• Able to transfer design intent through technical documentation and construction phases of project

• Comfortable working with construction trades in the field

• Highly familiar with City of Philadelphia permitting codes and life safety codes

• Knowledge of execution of project documentation, including specifications

• Show flexibility and ability to solve problems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and coordinating project design and construction team members

• Layout and plan interior room arrangements for retail and residential spaces

• Manages/Performs work product from site feasibility, pre-design, code and permitting review, schematics and construction documents and specifications

• Research products, materials and building assemblies to incorporate into project design

• Incorporate general foundation and structural components into design documents based on preliminary information from engineering team
