CDI CORP is seeking to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Houston Engineering Center. Additional details include but are not limited to:

B.S.E.E. a must

10+years of industry experience in Petrochemical/Chemical/Refinery.
Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer with Industrial Electrical Systems.
Experienced Write electrical specifications for Transformer, Switchgears and MCC up to and including 34.5kV
Prepare project scope, status report, schedule& Budget.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
EPCM experience required, petrochemical industry.
Field construction support and survey.
Occasional site visits might are required.
Ability to do electrical calculations (arc flash, load flow, relay coordination, load analysis…). Understanding of NEC, API, NFPA and other industry codes.
Knowledgeable of oneline diagrams, wiring/schematic diagrams, electrical hazardous areas and construction drawings.
Knowledgeable of Etap and SKM electrical analysis software is a must.
