CDI Inc., is looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of Technical Writer. It is a direct hire opportunity. This would be a W2 position and you would work onsite at client’s location in San Antonio, TX. Role: Technical Writer:

Skill Expectation: SharePoint / RTC / Agile , Scrum waterfall basic knowledge / Publisher / communication skills / Microsoft office Apps

Tasks to be performed:

· Involve in designing of USAA Agile Team Framework along with contents for various components of framework

· Working closely with the feature team and getting the tasks and features approved by Product Owner

· Publishing of quarterly newsletter and monthly coaches corner

· Implementing RTC in ACE day to day operations, Roadmap and vision

· RTC support for ACE team to maintain roadmap and tasks

· Coaches Metrics support and automation of process

· Maintenance of multiple ACE SharePoint sites.

The expectation for the candidate is to be a self-starter with ability to understand the environment and propose a solution and support in implementation of the team initiatives.
