CDI Inc., is looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of Business Analyst I. It is expected to be 12 month assignment. This would be a W2 position with our company, CDI, and you would work onsite at our client’s location in Mountain View, CA. This analyst will be focused on gaining a deep understanding of the learning data in order to build new dashboards/views and troubleshoot any bugs with current dashboards.

Responsibilities:

•Conduct reporting needs analysis, capture requirements and develop reporting solutions to meet the needs of internal clients

•Perform systematic quality checks to ensure all dashboards are aligned and represent the same metrics (when comparable)

•Perform data pulls and adhoc analysis of learning data to provide insights for developing org-wide learning strategies

•Be the point person for maintaining & granting dashboard access to users

•Train the users on using the dashboards

Minimum Requirements:

•BS degree in any field

•Minimum 4 years experience in reporting & data analysis

•Experience working with databases and knowledge of data warehousing

•Experience gathering, documenting reporting requirements & developing dashboards

•Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in consulting preferred

•Strong data analysis skills, including working with and joining large datasets

•Proficiency in querying languages (e.g., SQL, BigQuery ), Google Analytics and dashboarding tools

•Ability to self-start and self-direct projects when necessary

Nice to Haves:

•Project management experience preferred

•Experience with Tableau
