PROCESS AUTOMATION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, documenting and reengineering our business processes in broader context of operating model transformation
Perform process analysis with top-down approach of identifying processes suitable for RPA and validating the feasibility by bottom-up analysis.
Rebuild the process using re-engineering and process optimization methods
Manage and lead teams of advisory professionals from vision to delivery of the process architecture in automation assignments and responsible for project delivery
Designing and architecting Robotic Process Automation solutions using RBA platforms like Automation Anywhere
Develop and augment project infrastructure scalability improvement.
Create analytical dashboards to manage daily business processes
Advise and oversee the performance of the implemented solutions
Able to provide technical assistance to PRA Engineers/ Developers
Will lead the deployment of developed solutions
