General Notes:

1. Located in Mirabel (north of Montreal)  (working on the C-Series)
2. This role reports to the GM and works really closely with the head office in Chula Vista, CA.
3. The successful candidate will look to start in this role but over course of few years move into becoming the GM for the site.
4. Require someone who can supervise people – team should grow to a max size of 10.
5. Role is focused on Quality, continuous improvement  – and it is based on the Six Sigma methodology framework
6. Also should be familiar and worked with Intl. Trade Compliance (ITAR/Controlled Goods)

Tech Skills in addition to the JD:

1. Preferably to have experience working on aerospace engines (Turbofans)

                                Star candidate would have experience focused on engine nacelles

                                Minimum requirement would be general aerospace experience.
