CDI is looking for a CMM Inspector for a direct hire, permanent position in the Tempe area. This is a must have role that we are looking to start interviewing for immediately. The right person will have aerospace experience and experience with Calypso is a huge plus. This is a second shift role, so this position will be working nights. Essential Duties:

Performs First Article inspections of products to determine conformance to the customer's engineering prints and specifications, utilizing CMM's and mechanical gauging.

Experience :

Minimum 2-5 years experience running and programming CMM's on Aerospace Hardware required.
Should have good basic math aptitude and organizational skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings interpreting GDT per Ansi Y14.5.
Possess a fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes, familiarity and knowledge of machining, and a basic understanding of special processes (i.e heat treatment, plating, welding, etc.).
