CDI Corporation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Data Center Construction Superintendent in the Sacramento area. We are looking for professionals with the expertise and qualities below:

Passion for completing complex projects on time, on schedule and on budget with high level of customer satisfaction
Thrive in self-paced but fast paced environment
Extensive experience with Project Management and Scheduling software (Primavera & MS Project)
10-15 years of Superintendent experience, with average of 5-7 years managing Data Center Construction projects
Oversee performance of projects including project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems, maintain relationships with clients, designers, and consultants
Possess strong leadership and communication skills and ability to work directly with job site personnel
Have experience with rapid deployment schedules and challenges
Incorporate Safety regulations and principles into all tasks and functions. Lead by example

Preferred skills:

Aconex & Primavera P6
Knowledge of CA state construction regulations and codes
Current OSHA 30 hour training
