Customer Project Manager

On behalf of our client in the telecom sector CDI Professional Services is seeking a Customer Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Senior CPM is responsible for monitoring and controlling project/program progress and deliveries and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

• Monitoring and controlling all project financials in SAP.
• Clarity, establishing detailed planning and tracking to enable project stakeholders and sponsors to have clear visibility of project status and financial results.
• Risk management throughout the program.

• The Senior Customer Project Manager is accountable for all activities in the project model.
• This includes direct and constant communication with our customers.
• The Senior CPM is responsible for monitoring and controlling project/program progress and deliveries and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders.
• This would include creating and maintaining an integrated master program schedule of all projects within the program at a sufficient level of detail to manage and track project progress.
• The Senior CPM conducts project governance both internally and with our customers.
• The Senior CPM has early involvement in sales and planning phase of the sales process activities including cost estimation, development of the initial project timeline, writing and negotiating statements of work, resource planning and risk assessment.
• The Senior CPM is responsible for monitoring and controlling all project financials in SAP and Clarity, establishing detailed planning and tracking to enable project stakeholders and sponsors to have clear visibility of project status and financial results.
• The Senior CPM is responsible for risk management throughout the program. The projects supported will include some or all of the following: Third Party Partner products, custom development based on customer requirements, consulting services, and business process re-engineering/transformation.
