CDI is currently hiring for a Lease Accountant-Accounting Policy Group to work in Houston, TX:

This individual will assist the Accounting Policy team with certain aspects of the implementation efforts for the new lease accounting standard. Responsibilities primarily includes the following:

1) Prepare narrative and flowchart of lease Procure-To-Pay processes
2) Prepare summary of gap analysis results identifying minimum compliance requirements and recommendations deliverable for Steering Committee consideration
3) Perform US GAAP& IFRS testing of sampled lease, service and supply contracts by asset type to ascertain new guidance application based on results
4) Prepare summary of projected accounting policy election options based on contract testing results.
