Based in Thunder Bay, you will drive the implementation of key continuous improvement initiatives. You will support strategic change with the right resources, communication, and adequate adoption of culture change methodologies.

In your role you will:

• Assist with training and coaching on continuous improvement methodology, Achieving Excellence System;
• Deploy tools and deployment roadmaps to monitor process improvement;
• Help drive all relevant activities to install Achieving Excellence System mindsets and behaviors within the organization;
• Coach leaders who are change sponsors and agents to support the execution of change plans;
• Support management teams in increasing their efficiency and team coherence;
• Drive the evolution of the Achieving Excellence System model by supporting training modules (change management & methodologies), roadmap content etc.

As our ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or other related discipline;
• You possess at least six (6) years of experience in a similar continuous improvement role;
• You demonstrate experience with training, coaching, and implementing quality initiatives;
• You demonstrate understanding of IRIS, CMMI, ISO, BOS, Q6, BES, BTIP;
• You have familiarity and interest in continuous improvement principles, lean principles;
• You demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other internet applications;
• You demonstrate the ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;
• You possess critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;
• You adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment;
• Your English communication skills are excellent.
