We have a contractor requests for up to 10 resources with a mix of QA testers having telecom experience and Test Mgrs having very good client facing skills.

QA Testers
ETE Test Analyst with skills as follows: 

Minimum 5 yrs experience

• Able to work with Business Partners to develop comprehensive End to End Test Scenarios and plan ensuring new features operate as stated in the requirements
• Performs End to End testing to identify and resolve code defects before production delivery
• Communicates to Business Partners code related issues, as well as code resolution timing associated with failed End to End Test Cases.
• Able to identify and support Data creation for executing End to End Test cases.
• Strong knowledge of Telecom business products and services
• Strong knowledge of End to End testing processes and tools
• Ability to work with Business Partners and 3^rd Party vendors to finalize test scope and communicate status/issues as well as testing results

Test Managers
ETE Program Testing Manager:

Minimum 5yrs experience

• Supports program planning, schedule planning and resource assignments
• Leads test team meetings, gather Test Case execution and defect status
• Provides daily status to end client
• Works defects to closure, escalating when required to appropriate management
• Interfaces with application leads for defect resolution, coordinating triage and war-room meetings
• Ability to work with end client Business Partners to develop comprehensive IST Test Scenarios and plan ensuring new features operate as stated in the requirements
• Ability to identify and support Data creation for executing IST Test cases.
• Strong knowledge of end client business products and services
• Strong knowledge of IST testing processes and tools
• Ability to work with end client Business Partners and 3rd Party vendors to finalize test scope and communicate status/issues as well as testing results
