Engineering – Technical Support Specialist

Overview:

This is a Technical Support position that participates in routine product support of Building Automation (HVAC) products to customers and in disseminating product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for support requests related to product information and product problems that are documented. May escalate more difficult support requests to Field Support Engineers.
Mechanical/Electrical Background required.
Logs all incoming support requests into the company call tracking system in a timely and professional manner.
Responds, resolves, and closes support requests utilizing technical training, fellow support personnel, and undocumented, creative solutions.
Technical Support background.
Advanced level of MS Office skills.
